Terms and Conditions of Use

The discussions, images, content and communications viewed and/or engaged in on WorldGroups (hereafter, "GROUPS") may contain adult material or otherwise mature-themed content that may not be appropriate for all users. By participating in the service you agree to the following:

• You certify that YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD. You agree to provide GROUPS with accurate, complete, and current registration information. Failure to do this shall constitute a breach of these terms of service and unauthorized access to GROUPS. Unauthorized access to GROUPS could result in immediate termination of your account and subject you to liability. You may not allow any person under the age of 18 to use your account.
• You understand that the discussions, images, content and communications posted on or to GROUPS may involve language, content and/or themes of an adult or mature-themed nature.
• Free subscription: If a credit-card was used to secure and validate a free subscription, a temporary authorization amount of up to $1.99 USD may be applied to ensure accuracy and validation; the bank may charge additional transaction fees. In the event of any inconvenience, unintended transaction activity and/or surcharges imposed by a financial institution, click the "Contact" or "Customer Service" links at the bottom of this page to obtain an immediate courtesy refund.
• Premium services: WorldGroups offers numerous premium services available at extra cost. Prices and terms for all such services are prominently labeled and are presented prior to commencement of such service; the bank may charge additional transaction fees. Refunds are not provided.
• You, and not GROUPS, are entirely responsible for all content that you submit, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via GROUPS. You understand that all content, including without limitation information, communications, software, images, videos, graphics, music, sounds, text, and other material reflect the views of the authors or creators, are not the views or content attributable to GROUPS and are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. You agree that such Content does not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and regulations promulgated thereunder by the U.S. Department of Justice.
• GROUPS has no obligation or responsibility to delete content or materials that you may find to be objectionable or offensive, but we may do so, at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion.
• Communication in GROUPS sometimes occurs in real time or through postings uploaded in GROUPS. GROUPS has no obligation or responsibility to screen content and communications in advance or as it occurs, but GROUPS may elect, at its sole discretion, to monitor some or all use of GROUPS for adherence to these terms of service. Your use of GROUPS signifies your affirmative express consent to such monitoring.
• You agree to comply with all rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content established by GROUPS, and all modifications to those rules, which may be posted from time to time on the service. You also accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your online conduct and any content and/or material that you submit, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via GROUPS is in compliance with applicable laws of the United States and any other country from which such conduct or use of such content and material originates.
• IN NO EVENT WILL GROUPS, ITS OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF THE SERVICE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COMPENSATORY DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, INDEMIFICATION, OR ANY FORM OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT OR WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF GROUPS IS INFORMED, IN ADVANCE, OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
• You agree to indemnify and hold GROUPS, and its owners and operators, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content or materials you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via GROUPS.
• GROUPS will only disclose your account information with your consent, or if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process or protect the rights, property, interests of GROUPS, or the personal safety of others.
• You will only migrate, upload, publish, create, post, distribute, disseminate, transmit or otherwise make available to GROUPS, content that is not subject to any third party rights, or for which the third party rights holder has given you express authorization to use or transmit. By migrating, uploading, publishing, creating, posting, distributing, disseminating, transmitting or otherwise making content available on GROUPS, you expressly grant GROUPS a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, sublicense, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any medium now known or later developed. GROUPS maintains copyrights in its selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content.
• Your registration with GROUPS signifies your affirmative express consent, at your own initiative, to receive email notifications from GROUPS and managers and users of GROUPS, informing you when content has been updated and to advise you of concurrent changes in GROUPS features, including those of the Love & Health Information services. These messages are sent to you exclusively to facilitate additional relationship interactions on GROUPS services, and to update and/or notify you of changes in the status of those services. You may always "opt-out" of such notifications at any time.
